FAQs
What is your Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel at any time prior to sending me your reference photo(s) for a full refund. Once I have received your reference photo(s), you cannot cancel your order and will not be refunded.
For Live Event Painting you can cancel up to 30 prior to your event. I collect a 50% deposit to hold your event date and prior to 30 days this will be refunded. Requested deposit refunds with less than 30 days to your event will not be granted. No cancellations will be granted after an Event Date has passed.
What if my painting shows up damaged?
I am very sorry this happened. Fortunately, I take pictures of every painting I ship out before sealing the box. All I ask is that you email me a picture of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the painting. I will replace the painting at no cost to you. I will get the new painting out within 10 to 14 business days of receiving your email with the evidence of damage. *I do not replace paintings that were picked up at the studio.
How long will it take for my order to be completed and shipped (or available for pick up for local orders)?
Anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks. It depends on the size, level of detail requested, and how many other orders/events I have when your order was placed. I will communicate an estimated finishing date when asking for your reference photos. You can choose to pick up art at my studio. Shipping and delivery are only an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. If your painting is lost in the mail I will replace it at no cost to you. Please notify me within 30 days of receiving your order fulfillment email with your tracking number.
What is your Return Policy?
Every painting is custom and made to order, therefore all paintings are non returnable after started or after an Live Event Painting Date. Once I have received your reference photo(s) or paint during an event there are no refunds, and once I have shipped your painting there are no returns or refunds.
Will I know what my painting looks like before it ships?
Yes! Because I take payment upfront and I am delighted to send you progress pictures via the email you ordered with. I post much of my work on social media, so you may be able to see progress in my stories. My social medias are linked in the navigation & in the footer of every page. I appreciate feedback during the painting process and want to make sure you love your painting!
What kind of a photo works best to use as a reference?
Ideal reference photos are clear and are well lit or have natural lighting. You may send multiple photos. I may also request more photos if I need more content to reference. Within 1-3 business days of your order placement, I will reach out to you via email you submitted your order with. Orders placed on US holidays will be acknowledged in the business days following the holiday.
